As the storms are barreling through our area, and testing each property’s shell, remember to keep an eye out for contents being stored under a guest bed or closet. Today, a Customer called in a water leak that originated from behind and under a spare bed. Picture frames and damaged artwork were removed and discarded. Remediation work to the wall and carpet system are currently underway.
