Water Cleanup of Florida Annual Service Plan Agreement Detail
Silver Plan Includes:
Up to Three Property Inspections: Your property interior and exterior will be walked and thoroughly reviewed. Roof inspection is not included in the preventative walk through. Plan members can schedule to up 3 inspections annually.
Property Maintenance Checklist: Your certified technician will give you a comprehensive maintenance checklist tailored to your home to ensure optimal upkeep and prevention measures are taken against water, mold and air quality issues. The checklist will only cover potential areas of concern for water, mold and air quality. It will not include other property hazards such as pests, asbestos or fire hazards.
Special Membership Pricing: Annual plan members will receive 10% off any non-insurance covered work performed by the Water Cleanup of Florida Team.
Gold Plan Adds (In addition to Silver Plan):
Priority Hurricane Service: Rest assured that you’ll have the help you need after a storm. Our certified technicians will provide immediate assistance onsite as soon as travel is safe.
Platinum Plan Adds ( In addition to Gold Plan):
Mold & Air Quality Testing: Detect harmful toxins and bacteria before it causes irreversible damage; includes up to 4 samples total. Additional samples can be administered and would be subject to $125.00 additional charge per sample.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDTIIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By subscribing to an annual service plan with Water Cleanup of Florida, the Customer is accepting the terms and conditions contained herein.
We will furnish you with a copy of the service technician’s report indicating the scope of work performed, their findings and recommendations.
A written estimate will be provided for services recommended by WCUFL. Services rendered to above referenced property will not be made without Customer’s prior consent.
All membership included services shall be performed during regular business hours – Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After hours work is available but will be subject to area labor rate pricing at the time of services rendered. Customers with a Diamond level membership will receive storm shutter service after hours, if needed, at no additional cost to the Customer.
WCUFL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury due to any delay in rendering service under this Agreement. In no event shall WCUFL be liable for any consequential damage. Note: WCUFL shall never be liable for any damages that exceed the value earned under this Agreement.
WCUFL will endeavor to have all equipment, parts and accessories required to render the services promptly available and deployed as expeditiously as practicable. However, WCUFL shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred to expedite procurement of equipment or parts, at Customer’s request.
Loss or damage from external causes which are not covered by this Agreement shall include, but are not limited to:
Resulting from fire, water (flood), windstorm, lightning, theft, misuse, abuse or any Act of God.
Service required by external causes such as defective or inadequate plumbing, water, power supply (including but not limited to blown fuses, weak circuit breakers or burned out disconnects), duct work and improper settings of control devices (including but not limited to thermostats, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, or timers).
Services made mandatory by changes in regulations of Federal, State or Local Governmental bodies or agencies.
Work performed by any other party and/or company, other than a WCUFL technician(s), while Agreement is in effect.
Service required for leaks in water and condensate piping concealed in walls, floors or ceiling.
Work necessary to gain access to the source of an identified problem.
There is an administrative fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to Transfer the Agreement to a different residence or homeowner.
It is the customer's responsibility to schedule the service call. As a courtesy, we may attempt to schedule them.
The rates charged for this Agreement are not regulated by the Florida Department of Insurance Regulation.
Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel this Agreement at any time. To cancel, you must mail this Agreement or provide written notice to WCUFL. If you cancel this Agreement within the first thirty {30) days, you will receive a 90% refund of the Agreement purchase price less any discounts received. If you cancel this Agreement after thirty (30) days, a pro-rata premium refund will be made based upon the time used, and discounts received, less an administrative fee of twenty-five dollars {$25.00) or ten percent (10%) whichever is less. All refunds will be paid to the Customer that issued the payment.
Cancellation by WCUFL: We may cancel this Agreement for any reason within the first thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, we may cancel this Agreement for unreasonable conduct. If WCUFL cancels this Agreement, Customer will receive 100% of the paid unearned pro-rata premium, less any discounts or work performed at no charge cost. All refunds will be paid to the Customer who issued the payment.
Any dispute regarding this Agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, FL.
