Water Damage
1) Scope job and create drying plan
2) Protect/manipulate/clean contents as needed
3) Remove non-salvageable building materials as needed
4) Setup drying equipment
5) Daily monitoring (black box)
6) Take down equipment, cleanup and complete job
Fire Cleanup
1) Scope job and create cleanup plan
2) Setup equipment
3) Protect/manipulate/clean contents as needed
4) Remove non-salvageable building materials as needed
5) Clean and deodorize structure
6) Take down equipment and complete job
Mold Remediation
1) Setup equipment
2) Move, protect and/or microclean contents
3) Build containment(s) and seal off HVAC registers
4) Surgical removal of damaged building materials
5) Microclean: HEPA vacuum, damp wipe with EPA registered fungicide and prep equipment
6) HVAC cleaning
7) Approximately 48 hours for final air scrubbing
8) Clearance Testing (by others)
Rebuild
1) Apply and obtain permits as needed
2) Order materials per Customer selections
3) Sub-trade activities
4) Quality control checks
5) In-house activities
6) Quality control checks
7) Final permit inspections/closeout as needed
8) Take down and complete job
